directions for use:

make sure all the shampoo is rinsed out of your hair.

squirt a small amount of the conditioner into the palm of your hand.

spread it evenly on the ends of your hair. for long hair, spread it from chin level and down. don't apply conditioner to your scalp.

work the shampoo through your hair, but pay the most attention to the scalp. If possible, repeat
